System Development Charges (SDCs) will be increasing as of July 1, 2024.

System Development Charges (SDCs) are fees charged to new residential developments to help pay a portion of the costs of capital facilities needed to expand the capacity of the Parks District’s facilities. These fees are essential to assist in providing new parks, trails, and other open space for the growing community. Agencies may only apply SDC fee income toward new development projects; for example the upcoming Sorosis Park Rehabilitation Project.
