Am I "in district"?
In-District residents are people who live within the boundaries of the Northern Wasco County Parks and Recreation District. In-District residents directly support the District through property taxes. As such, In-District residents often receive discounted pricing for District programs and often have early access to program registrations.

Refund Policy
Northern Wasco County Parks and Recreation District reserves the right to cancel any activities for which there is insufficient registration or any other reasonable cause, such as inclement weather. Refunds are issued for the programs Northern Wasco County Parks and Recreation District decides to cancel.
All cancellations and refund requests must be conducted with a Northern Wasco County Parks and Recreation District staff member at the District Offices, the Northern Wasco County Aquatic Center. Please notify us at least 5 days prior to the start of your program, so we can refund or credit your account for the registration fee. Refunds may take 3 to 4 weeks to process.
Inclement Weather Policy
If the Northern Wasco County Public School District facilities are closed because of weather conditions, then all N.W.C.P.R.D. programs and activities are cancelled and all N.W.C.P.R.D. parks and trail facilities are closed. It is your decision to determine if you can recreate safely during inclement weather conditions. With cold temperatures, "black ice" can easily be disguised by melting snow or rain; please use caution and be safe.
