Park Reservations are available on a first come, first served basis. We take reservations beginning February 1 of the current year. Unless application is submitted with payment, there is no guarantee of the use of the facility. You must call ahead to see if the date and time is available.

Riverfront Park is in operation from Memorial Day weekend, through November 1st.
To reserve a field, whether Sorosis Park or Kramer Field Complex, you must call ahead to check availability.
Ted Walker Memorial Pool is available for private party rentals prior to and after our normal hours of operation. Please call (541)298-2020 to speak to the Pool Manager about scheduling your event.
You must file a Special Use Permit with NWCPRD for any organized activity in our Parks or on The Riverfront Trail. A Certificate of Liability is necessary for approval. Call to speak with the Executive Director about your event.
Vendor opportunities are all around us, whether a part of Farmer's Market, Free Plays in The Parks, or the Annual Car Show, you will be required to file the necessary forms with our office. Payment is due upon submission.
